Our NSW factory sits beside the 5,000-seat Cromer Park Sports Complex in Sydney, overlooking Field 1 and the Lucas Neill Stadium, with five fully lit competition level professional football fields on our doorstep.

PILA’s journey began under the names ACE Flagpoles (est. 1984) and Premier Poles (est. 2000). While the brand has evolved, our core values have remained consistent: delivering high-quality, safe, compliant, and affordable Australian Made products.

As the market has matured, so has demand for locally made products that meet Australia’s strict safety and manufacturing standards. Buyers are increasingly turning away from cheap imports that simply don’t withstand the harsh Australian environment – and PILA continues to lead the way with Australian Made products that are built to last.

PILA’s goal posts have been chosen by Australia’s most iconic stadiums and venues, including the MCG, SCG, Accor Stadium (Stadium Australia), Suncorp Stadium, Etihad Stadium, The Home of the Matildas in Melbourne, and Valentine Sports Park in Sydney. We are the official goal post partner to the AFL and the majority of football (soccer) associations nationwide.

Our flagpoles stand proudly at landmark sites such as the SCG, the Australian War Memorial, Government House, and Darling Harbour. We also supplied poles for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, and Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Aluminium is one of the most sustainable materials on the planet. Around 75% of all aluminium ever produced is still in use today. It can be recycled endlessly without losing its strength, quality, or performance – making it the ideal choice for long-term, heavy-duty infrastructure like goal posts and flagpoles.
