At PILA, we’re proud to play an active role in supporting grassroots football across Australia. One of the most impactful ways we do this is through the annual Goal Post Subsidy Program®, which provides funding assistance for clubs and schools to access safe, compliant, and Australian-made goal posts.
2025 Goal Post Subsidy Program Successful Recipients
This year, a number of outstanding organisations from South Australia were successful in their applications, and we are thrilled to congratulate them on their achievements. The following Football South Australia partner clubs were awarded funding:
Investing in Football Community Growth and Youth Participation
Each of these clubs has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering community participation, supporting player development pathways, and investing in the improvement of their sporting facilities. By upgrading their infrastructure with PILA’s safe and compliant goal posts, these clubs are helping to create a safer and more enjoyable environment for players of all ages.
Importantly, this year’s subsidy program also extended support to several South Australian schools, further strengthening opportunities for young players to engage in the game and benefit from modern, compliant equipment. Schools play a crucial role in grassroots football by introducing the sport to future generations, and ensuring they have access to the right infrastructure is essential.
With many of the successful applicants already using their new goal posts, the 2025 rollout promises to have a significant and lasting impact on football infrastructure in South Australia. Safer goal posts don’t just protect players – they also give clubs and schools peace of mind, knowing their facilities meet Australian Standards and support long-term growth.
