We get asked this question almost daily! When we ask questions about spare parts to suit your goalposts and flagpoles, we often require the diameter to ensure we provide the correct size parts. Diameter is the distance across a circle, straight through the centre, and circumference is the distance around the outside of the circle (like the edge or the rim).

For flagpoles, we recommend routinely checking:
- Lubricate the door lock.
- Check for wear points along the rope.
- Rope is running freely and is not knotted inside the pole.
- Keep the spare key labeled and safely stored.
- Use the correct size flag and do not use oversized flags.

For goalposts, we recommend routinely checking:
- Nuts, bolts and brackets are tight and secure.
- When lowering posts, ensure bases remain clear of debris.
- Inspect for signs of damage or missing components.
